Role Description

  1. Develop marketing plans for Philippine KOLs based on the game product promotion plan;

  2. Follow up on all aspects of KOL marketing, including KOL selection, script design, progress communication, content acceptance, and case analysis in the Philippines;

  3. Develop high-quality overseas KOL resources, establish long-term and stable friendly relationships, build a KOL database, and continuously optimize cooperation models, maintaining a tiered and categorized approach.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over three years of experience in KOL marketing planning in the overseas game market;

  2. Familiar with KOLs and related resources in the Southeast Asia market, understands the overseas game content ecosystem, is familiar with the operation models of KOLs on mainstream overseas social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and can accurately match suitable KOLs according to the characteristics of the company's games;

  3. Passionate about games, possessing a broad vision, rich game experience, and unique insights;

  4. Familiar with MMO games such as Ragnarok Online, those with local cooperation resources are preferred;

  5. Possesses excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills, able to use English as a working language;
