Commercial Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Supervisor to execute sales strategies, build and maintain strong client relationships, and manage the company's social media and client database. The role plays a key part in supporting overall business growth and ensuring consistent client satisfaction..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relations, preferably in logistics, cargo handling, or service-oriented industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
  • Participate in regular departmental meetings to discuss issues, provide updates, and present reports.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, contracts, and pricing strategies for clients.
  • Schedule, document, and conduct client visits and meetings while gathering relevant client data.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and business documents (e.g., DTI, SEC, CRTE), ensuring contact information is accurate for finance and legal compliance.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for company social media platforms, including the website and Facebook.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory changes in cargo handling and logistics services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php24,000.00 per month
