We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to lead our business growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end sales and marketing strategies, building strong client and partner relationships, and driving revenue performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate or partner management, proven sales expertise, and innovative marketing acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, and managing client accounts.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliates, partners, and key influencers to expand market reach and drive sales.
  • Design and implement attractive incentive structures and commission plans to motivate affiliates and partners, maximizing ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new business opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Plan, create, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with product development and internal teams to ensure offerings meet market needs and client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and campaign effectiveness to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a senior sales and/or marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing affiliate or partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing principles, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Company Work Schedule:

Compensation & Benefits:
