Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively pursue and generate new leads to expand our customer base across industrial sectors
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop opportunities in new markets and industry segments
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service that goes beyond expectations, establishing North Rim Corporation as a trusted partner
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and consultations to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven track record in industrial sales or related B2B sales experience
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industrial client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
