Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively pursue and generate new leads to expand our customer base across industrial sectors
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop opportunities in new markets and industry segments
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service that goes beyond expectations, establishing North Rim Corporation as a trusted partner
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and consultations to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven track record in industrial sales or related B2B sales experience
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industrial client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality for new business development
