About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaner and Utility to join our team at Master Garage Pampanga (General Hizon Ave, San Fernando, Pampanga) on a full-time basis. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organisation and safety of our repair shop facilities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for our customers and employees.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and sanitising all work areas, restrooms, and common spaces
  • Restock and organise cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Assist with the set up and breakdown of meeting spaces and events
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure all spaces are well-maintained
  • Respond promptly to ad-hoc cleaning requests from staff
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a facilities cleaner or utility worker, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift, and move equipment for extended periods
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
