Utility Cleaner

Kitchen and dishwashing

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, and pots and pans.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, work areas, and floors.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, including changing the water regularly.
• Store clean items in their proper storage areas.
• Assist with food preparation tasks when directed.

General cleaning and maintenance

• Clean and sanitize all dining areas, restrooms, and other public spaces.
• Clean walls, baseboards, and floor drains.
• Remove trash and break down cardboard boxes.
• Clean and sweep/mop floors, including the parking lot if necessary.
• Assist with minor repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and fixtures.

Stocking and organization

• Stock and restock serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators with necessary dishes, utensils, and supplies.
• Restock bathroom products.
• Ensure cleaning supplies like detergents are kept at adequate levels.

Safety and compliance

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Inspect equipment for any malfunctions and report them to management.
