JOB DESCRIPTION:

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: The Warehouse Trainee (OJT) will undergo hands-on training in day-to-day warehouse operations to gain practical experience in logistics, inventory handling, and supply chain procedures. The training is designed to develop the skills necessary for efficient and safe warehouse operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products
  • Learn to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Support inventory counts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Assist in documentation and record-keeping as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Automotive, Business course or currently pursuing a related educational course
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move items as required
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer literacy is a plus
