Position Summary:

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for overseeing inventory control, parts distribution, procurement, and warehouse organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse functions, accurate inventory tracking, and efficient communication with internal departments. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional work atmosphere and contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory levels using a computerized inventory system.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments, audits, and transactions.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Procurement & Receiving:

  • Prepare purchase requisitions for parts and equipment.
  • Receive and unpack shipments, verifying part numbers, quantities, and pricing.
  • Tag and stock received items properly and promptly.
  • Requisition stock parts using system-generated reports to maintain proper levels.

Parts Distribution & Support:

  • Issue replacement parts to technicians and record transactions accurately.
  • Disburse parts according to company policy and repair orders.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
  • Prepare and process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.

Warehouse Organization & Safety:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stock room and work areas.
  • Perform routine housekeeping and safety checks in warehouse spaces.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Work closely with management to report on stock inflow/outflow.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with internal customers and co-workers.
  • Communicate effectively to support efficient warehouse operations.

Other Duties:

  • Provide support in vehicle maintenance areas as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
