JOB DESCRIPTION

Position : Account Executive

Department : Sales Department

Reporting to : Sales Manager

DUTIES

  1. Effectively work with multiple accounts serving as the main point of contact for clients on project concerns & needs.

  2. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions/recommendations according to customer needs.

  3. Continuously build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

  4. Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly.

  5. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

  6. Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings and client needs to better upsell and create project recommendations to clients

  7. Actively participate in regular meetings with team members to review project progress and explore improvement opportunities.

  8. Generate progress reports as required by clients and senior leadership.

  9. Forecast and track account metrics and kpi/kra.

  10. Stay updated on industry knowledge and trends.

  11. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. At least 3-5 years' experience in Sales in OOH Advertising ie Printing, Billboards is a Plus Factor.

  2. Self-motivated and results-driven

  3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  4. Track record of achieving or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.

  5. A deep understanding of Out-of-Home and Digital Out-of-Home (OOH / DOOH) platforms is a definite advantage but not required.

  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels with ability to multi-task

  7. Organized and keen attention to detail.

  8. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  9. Proficiency with common customer success and relationship management software like Gainsight and Salesforce.

  10. Skills in using MS Office application

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
