Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales staff to join our team. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for every customer. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide product information and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Replenish and arrange merchandise on shelves or display racks.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store goals.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally.

Qualification

  • Friendly, approachable, and with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and product knowledge.

  • Must be honest, reliable, and presentable.

Working Conditions

  • Store-based environment
  • Standing for long periods
  • May require weekend and holiday shifts.

Salary and Benefits

  • Php16,000.00 – Php18,000.00 per month
