Your Role:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, You Will

  • Assist in editing and preparing weekly social media content across brand accounts.
  • Support daily monitoring of online communities (DMs, comments, TikTok/Facebook interactions) and escalate issues when needed.
  • Help execute marketing campaigns by managing sourcing lists, outreach drafts, and shipment preparation.
  • Organize and coordinate seeding shipment lists with logistics.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers (campaigns, promotions calendar, asset library).
  • Support paid advertising initiatives by formatting creatives and coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Create and update product listings (description templates, images, tags, collections).
  • Provide support with Shopify order management and handle basic customer service inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, decks, and administrative documentation.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience in Shopify, including familiarity with app integrations.
  • Strong content editing skills (photo/video) and proficiency in Canva.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
