Digital Marketing Intern (Hybrid Setup)

Quezon City | Internship | Hybrid | Flexitime (Output-Oriented)

About the Role

Radix HR is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who's passionate about social media, content creation, and online branding. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing real marketing campaigns, learning digital tools, and building a professional portfolio — perfect for students who want to explore marketing, communications, or creative media.

This is a hybrid internship with flexitime hours and preferred on-site days every Monday and Friday in Quezon City.

What You'll Learn & Do

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Help plan and schedule engaging posts aligned with brand goals.
  • Create simple graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Edit short videos for digital campaigns using CapCut.

Digital Campaign Support

  • Support in running online ads and promotions.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations.

Website & Email Marketing

  • Help update website content through WordPress or Wix.
  • Learn basic SEO practices and website analytics.
  • Assist in creating newsletters and email marketing materials.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Strong interest in social media, branding, and digital content.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Willing to work hybrid setup in Quezon City (preferred on-site every Monday and Friday).
  • Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.
