Job Purpose:

Digital Marketing Assistant is to manage marketing campaigns promoting a brand as well as its products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Design and develop digital content for the company

· Support storytelling & the voice of our brands across various digital platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok

· Cultivate content marketing strategies aimed at driving audience engagement & growth and brand awareness.

· Ensure consistency across all owned and social channels.

· Works hand-in-hand with the digital team in making sure that websites and other digital channels are updated.

· Manage the social media account's content postings throughout the week

· Facilitate creation of branded collateral.

· Write and schedule social media posts.

· Design and create custom social media posts using Canva or Adobe Illustrator while referencing brand guidelines and assets to build ads promoting programs, retouch images where needed to make text legible, and version across different social specs/sizes.

· Ability to create custom marketing and social media content, template

· Develop a wide range of digital graphics for use in social media posts, emails, blogs, banner ads, or other website content

· Help in designing print materials including flyers, brochures, and banners

· Support brand development and brainstorm creative marketing campaigns.

· Assist in outbound marketing activities.

· Analyze social media analytics, marketing data and monitor campaign results.

· Monitor and engage with our online community on social media.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media content.

Qualifications:

· Must be Marketing graduate

· Attention to details and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

· Willing to work in Makati City (Monday to Friday)

· Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
