The HR Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support in the execution of various human resources functions. This role ensures efficient implementation of HR processes, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations, while delivering quality service to both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, including conducting orientations and ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Manage the offboarding process by coordinating clearance routing and processing for resigned employees.
  • Prepare and facilitate performance evaluation forms for employee regularization, position movement, and periodic performance reviews.
  • Process and issue Certificates of Employment (COE) upon request.
  • Monitor, update, and maintain the company's employee masterlist and other HR records.
  • Ensure proper documentation, organization, and filing of all employee-related documents.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide timely support to employees and management.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including the generation of monthly SPAs, PRNs, and PINs for government-mandated contributions.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Perform other HR duties and tasks as assigned by the HR Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Willing to start immediately / ASAP availability is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
