HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting the full spectrum of human resources activities within the organization. This position is responsible for handling employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The HR Generalist serves as a point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee issues, mediating conflicts, and promoting engagement initiatives.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and best practices to advise management and mitigate risks.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and resolving any issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely benefit services.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support performance review cycles by providing tools, guidance, and feedback to employees and managers.
  • Assist in identifying training and development opportunities for staff.
  • HR Reporting and Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
  • General HR Support:
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide support for special HR projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php38,000.00 per month
