Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Lead with a strong background in HR operations and strategy to join our team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and leading the HR and Admin team from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional ready to step up in their career and contribute to shaping a growing organization. You will work closely with the CEO and COO, with the potential for career advancement to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) position.
Your Responsibilities:Lead and build the HR and Admin team, ensuring effective HR operations across the organization. Own all HR streams, including recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, and high-level HR strategy. Collaborate closely with the CEO and COO to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Drive improvements across the employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring a positive employee experience. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support the company's strategic goals. Manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. Oversee performance management processes to ensure employee performance aligns with organizational goals. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and Admin team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
What our Client is Looking For:At least 7 years of experience in various facets of human resources, with a proven ability to adapt and excel in both start-up and established organizational settings. A proactive professional ready to step up and take ownership of the HR function, with a hands-on approach to building and supporting the team.
Experience working in Retail, FMCG, and MNC industries, demonstrating an understanding of their unique HR demands. Knowledge of social media platforms and their application in HR is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
Strong leadership and management skills with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior leadership and employees at all levels. Ready to take the next step in your career?
