Paralegal (Cebu City) - Project based

Job Description:

  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and discovery requests
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
  • Organize, manage, and maintain case files and legal databases
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings
  • File documents with courts and government agencies
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures and ethics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field
  • Paralegal Certification (preferred but not always required)
  • At least 1–2 years of legal or administrative experience
  • Proficient in legal terminology, Microsoft Office, and legal research tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • The candidate must be able to start as soon as possible

  • Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI, Medical requirements, and verified Gcash account (for payroll processing)
