We're Hiring: Warehouse Officer

Location: Cebu City Project Sites

Industry: Construction | Warehousing & Inventory Management

We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to manage and oversee the efficient storage, safekeeping, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment at our Cebu City project sites. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that materials management supports project timelines, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):
  • Inventory & Material Control – Monitor, record, and reconcile material movements, ensuring proper documentation and accurate stock levels.
  • Warehouse Operations Management – Supervise receiving, storage, issuance, and safekeeping of project materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Coordination & Compliance – Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and proper usage of materials in line with project requirements.
Core Competencies:
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and materials management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.
