What is the role of a Customer Relations Associate - Collection Services?

 You will serve as the frontline of our debt collection operations, playing a vital role within our organization.

As a problem solver, this position is ideal for those who are curious and driven to uncover solutionsYou will manage a portfolio of accounts or work through a Dialler system, dedicating half of your time to tracking down customers and the other half to negotiating, helping them find a sustainable way to address their financial challenges.

What are we looking for? 

Willing to work full time in the office (Onsite)Willing to work  on some holidays with pay   Some experience working towards deadlines, targets or KPIs in a previous roleClear, confident English communicator with the ability to persuade or influence peopleCompetitive personality and drive for successRespectful and empathetic Must have authenticated SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig,  TIN numbers and valid IDs ready before applying
