About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Associates (Email/Chat Support) for a US-based financial services account that helps customers save money, access financial advances, and manage investments. This account provides digital banking products and services similar to local e-wallet platforms such as GCash and Maya.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will handle customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt, accurate, and professional support to help users manage their accounts and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer questions regarding account details, financial products, and basic transactions.
  • Process customer applications and handle related documentation accurately.
  • Ensure that customer concerns are resolved efficiently and in compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection standards at all times.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
  • Must achieve a passing Skill-Based Qualifying Score from the Talent Acquisition assessment.
