Social Media Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

We are a boutique marketing agency helping purpose-led companies make a bigger impact online.

Looking for a creative, reliable, and curious
Social Media Assistant
to help us create content and support the digital presence of wellness founders and women-led brands.

You don't need agency experience or a long CV. If you love designing posts, playing in Canva, or editing simple videos—and you're excited to learn marketing systems—We'll coach you on the rest

What You'll Do

  • Create and publish
    30 content pieces per month
  • Static posts and simple carousels in Canva
  • Basic Reels or short-form videos based on provided ideas or scripts
  • Help build a
    simple monthly social media calendar
    for clients
  • Write short, clear captions based on brand guidelines (I'll guide you)
  • Schedule posts using social media tools (training provided)
  • Engage with our online community (liking, commenting, replying where needed)
  • Suggest
    creative ideas
    to improve reach, visibility, and consistency

What We're Looking For

Open to:

  • New graduates
  • Students or career shifters
  • Those with
    no formal work experience
    but strong creative skills

Minimum skills required:

  • Experience in at least one of the following:
  • Canva design
    (social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, etc.), or
  • Content creation
    for Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, or
  • Basic video editing
    (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Comfortable learning new tools and following step-by-step systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Willing to receive feedback and improve

You do
not
need to be an expert in strategy—I will train you in marketing basics, content planning, and simple systems as we go.
