The Opportunity

This role supports social media, content and marketing systems across two growing businesses. You'll work in a supportive, people-first team with flexible hours to ensure overlap with Australian leadership and campaign needs, regular virtual collaboration, and the chance to shape our brand, campaigns and processes as we scale.

The Role Specifics

  • Develop and execute along with the team social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms to grow brand awareness and candidate pipelines.
  • Create, schedule and publish engaging content (text, images, short video, carousels) tailored to clients, candidates and community audiences.
  • Manage paid social campaigns: setup, targeting, budget monitoring and reporting to improve ROI and drive leads.
  • Maintain and optimise content calendars and marketing automation across both businesses.
  • Support employer branding, candidate attraction campaigns and community initiatives (including Resourceful Women activities).
  • Monitor social engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Produce regular analytics reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, accounts and leadership to align campaigns with business goals and open roles.
  • Manage marketing assets, maintain cloud tool access and ensure data hygiene in marketing systems.

The Goods that you Bring

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in B2B, recruitment or services sectors.
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills.
  • Experience running paid social campaigns and interpreting analytics.
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools, basic video editing and image design tools (Canva, Adobe or similar).
  • Experience maintaining cloud tools, user access and data hygiene.
  • Comfortable using marketing automation, CRM and recruitment databases.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work offshore with reliable internet, secure handling of data and overlap with Australian business hours as required.

Desirable

  • Experience in mining, resources or heavy industry recruitment marketing.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills beyond templates.
  • Understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practice.
