Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain applicant databases
  • Conduct initial phone or online interviews and endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Coordinate interview schedules between applicants and department heads
  • Prepare and process pre-employment requirements and job offers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive applicant experience
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
