Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to support our recruitment team in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing the hiring pipeline, and coordinating with Account Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in the field of technical recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment that is focused on growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

  2. Conduct initial candidate assessments, including phone screenings and technical pre-qualifications.

  3. Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements.

  4. Manage candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) regularly.

  5. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and stakeholders.

  6. Support employer branding efforts through job postings and candidate engagement.

  7. Assist in maintaining recruitment metrics and reports.

  8. Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and technical hiring practices.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, IT, Business, or any related field.


• 0–2 years of recruitment experience (internships or exposure to technical roles is a plus).


• Familiarity with IT/technical job roles and terminology (Java, .NET, Cloud, etc.) is an advantage.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.


• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
