We're looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to join our growing global team. You'll be working across two to three dynamic wellness and sustainability brands — developing impactful email campaigns that inspire, educate, and convert customers around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, build, and optimise global email campaigns (newsletters, automations, launches, and retention flows).

  • Manage segmentation, testing, and performance reporting across multiple brands.
    • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to maintain consistent tone, visuals, and messaging.

  • Use data and insights to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
    • Align email strategies with e-commerce, marketing, and promotional calendars.⸻ About You

  • Strong experience and proficiency in Klaviyo (essential).

  • 2+ years' experience in email marketing across e-commerce or consumer brands.

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for design.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset — confident in tracking and improving performance.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple brands with efficiency and creativity.

  • Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and authentic brand communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
