The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, conducting, evaluating, and continuously improving training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Areas & Objectives
1. Customer Focus
- Provide effective training solutions that address employees' development needs using Kirkpatrick Methodology
- Support training-related customer service initiatives and organizational goals.
2. Learning and Growth
- Engage in continuous professional development activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert or facilitator for developmental activities.
3. Operational Efficiency
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design relevant training programs, including content, materials, and delivery methods.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure employees acquire necessary skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Utilize technology and e-learning platforms to create online training modules and resources.
- Use VOC and NPS to measure training effectivity
- Develop e-learning modules to complement blended-learning strategies
4. Financial Viability
- Support corporate and departmental financial performance through cost-effective training initiatives.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment.
- Minimal exposure to physical risk.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 1-2 years of experience in training facilitation and development.
