JOB DUTIES

  • Assist in troubleshoots, and repairs production equipments and machines.
  • Assist on the analysis of equipment failures and recommends solution to prolong equipment life.
  • Prepares schedule of maintenance team and submit to Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for approval.
  • Prepares preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that schedules are met.
  • Prepares request of all necessary equipment and machine parts needed for the repairs and maintenance of each and every equipment.
  • Consolidates monitoring reports of maintenance crew.
  • Coordinates with Asst. Maintenance Supervisor in the requisition and refill of gas and other equipment supplies.
  • Assist in the monitoring of equipment in the facilities in and out of the plant premises such as, Gas Farm, Generator Set, Waste Water Treatment facilities, water supply equipments including water tanks and motors and cold storages and air conditioning units. Electrical equipments etc.
  • Recommend tools and techniques in the improvement of the operations
  • Recommends new equipment that may contribute to more efficient resolve of all equipment issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word Excel, PPT.) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports.
  • Strong team building, decision making and people management skills.
  • Knowledge in Food Safety Practices
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in maintenance work and background in facilities maintenance works.
  • With knowledge in air conditioning /refrigeration works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
