A Risk Management Officer creates policies, performs audits, and puts controls in place to identify, evaluate, and reduce possible risks, including financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks. Working with other departments to develop risk mitigation techniques and backup plans, keeping an eye on regulatory requirements, and creating risk reports for senior management are some of the main responsibilities.

Essential duties

· Risk assessment and identification: Determine, examine, and rank possible risks in a variety of areas, including IT, financial, operational, and strategic.

· Development of policies and processes: Establish, carry out, and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures for risk management.

· Risk management and mitigation: Create and suggest measures to reduce hazards that have been recognized, such as insurance and backup plans.

· Monitoring and reporting: Keep an eye on performance indicators and risk exposures while making sure that rules and regulations are followed. Then, create thorough risk reports for the board and senior management.

· Cooperation and education: Address risk concerns with cross-functional teams and educate staff members on risk awareness and management techniques.

· Compliance and auditing: Make sure the business abides by all applicable laws and rules, carry out frequent risk assessments, and supervise any inquiries into possible infractions.

· Remain informed: Stay abreast of developing hazards, industry best practices, and regulatory developments.

· Pollution Control Officer knowledge or experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
