Responsibilities
System Setup & Admin Tasks
- Set up Dext for new files, including user invites, supplier rules, and Xero integration
- Create XPM profiles and link them to the ATO and Xero
- Confirm Xero or MYOB subscriptions are transferred and accepted
- Update the Visory platform with accurate client info, workflows, and team allocations
Bookkeeping Support
- Set up workpapers and complete basic reconciliations (e.g. review and reconcile Wages
- Payable and Super Payable accounts where these are out of balance)
- Escalate reconciliation items outside of scope (e.g. intercompany loans, tax suspense) to the Technical Onboarding Specialist
- Support transaction coding and historical clean-up as assigned
Workflow Support & Team Coordination
- Maintain up-to-date onboarding checklists and task statuses in the Visory platform
- Escalate missing information, access issues, or delays to the Technical Onboarding Specialist
- Assist with onboarding documentation and handover pack preparation
- Attend team stand-ups and provide timely progress updates
Qualifications
- 4+ yrs AU bookkeeping with GST/BAS basics
- Confident with data entry, reconciliations, and document management
- Strong attention to detail and task follow-through
- Good communicator able to provide updates and ask for help when needed
- Organised and responsive to changing priorities
- Eager to learn and grow in bookkeeping
- Strong written/spoken English
