Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies.
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting regular inspections, implement preventive energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring efficiently the utility consumption.
  • Track and communicate work request status and completion.
  • Monitor construction works under the developer, including fit-out or renovation works, and ensures that all guidelines are strictly followed. Provide project status updates to Property Manager.
  • Prepare/review plans and estimate the scope of works for various projects.
  • Conduct project management for CAPEX projects.
  • Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property.
  • Assist in coordinating emergency drills.
  • Participate actively in daily coordination meeting with security, maintenance, and janitorial personnel.
  • Be involved in the preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes, as well as scheduling and as-built documentation.
  • Attend to all unit concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Registered Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Must have a pleasing personality, good attitude and be customer-oriented
  • Must be technically competent in various machines, equipment, and machines found in residential properties.
