We are looking for a Building Engineer / Pollution Control Officer (Consultant) who will oversee and provide technical expertise in the maintenance, repair, and compliance operations of our facilities. This role is offered on a consultancy basis, with a fixed engagement period to support building operations and environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering (licensed engineer preferred).
  • With valid DENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer certification (or willing to undergo accreditation training).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in building engineering, facilities management, or environmental compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and environmental standards.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work under a consultancy arrangement for a defined project or time period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspection and assessment of all building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection).
  • Provide technical recommendations and supervise repair or maintenance works as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in facility operations.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, inspection findings, and improvement plans.
  • Serve as the company's Pollution Control Officer (PCO) on record, ensuring compliance with DENR and LGU environmental laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit environmental permits, reports, and documentation.
  • Implement and monitor waste management, pollution control, and environmental protection programs.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and participate in audits or inspections as required.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php10, Php15,000.00 per month
