JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or any Applied Science course.
  • Preferably with a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
  • With Knowledge and experience in GMP and Quality Assurance is an advantage.

JOB PROFILE

The QA Associate ensure that all cosmetics products repacked, imported, and distributed by the company meet the required quality standards. This role involves performing inspections, preparing documentation such as work instruction and batch repacking records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position will be involved in quality assurance processes from product receipt to finished product distribution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quality Management

  • Perform product inspections received from suppliers to check for quality, packaging integrity, and compliance with specifications.

  • Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures for incoming and outgoing products.

  • Proactively identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Prepare and present reports regarding product quality issues.

  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation record to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Take part in risk management.

  • Good Manufacturing Practice and Safety Compliance

  • Ensure that all processes follow GMP guidelines and Good Storage and Distribution Practices.

  • Conduct GMP training as necessary.

  • Perform routine inspection.

  • Notify status of quality inspection for all deliveries.

  • Document and study workflow deviation, suggest better options and implement improved practices.

  • Ensure that all items due for dispatch bears the Approved QA sticker prior to delivery.

  • Ensure standard and safety procedures are being followed at all times.

  • Work effectively with teams such as production, procurement, and warehousing to maintain high quality and operational efficiency.

  • Document Control and Management

  • Conduct all necessary regulatory requirements for all products.

  • Maintain a complete and updated database on product retention.

  • Develop and maintain clear, detailed Work Instructions for all repacking processes, ensuring consistent and compliant production.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Batch Repacking Records, adhering to standards and regulations for labeling, packaging, and batch management.
