  1. To conduct analyses of all locally manufactured products based in standard specifications.
  2. To check the raw materials such as specified raw materials weight and quality prior to production use.
  3. To check the personnel hygiene of the operators before entering production.
  4. To conduct periodically sampling and laboratory analyses of all locally manufactured products.
  5. Intermediate level laboratory analysis skills required for conducting comprehensive product testing and quality assessments.
  6. To check the labels and packaging material to be used prior to transfer to warehouse with corresponding transfer slip form.
  7. To release Certificate Analysis, technical information/specification sheet to R&D personnel in completion to customer sample request.
  8. To conduct weekly cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and ensures that it is met.
  9. Essential experience in food manufacturing or related industry required to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  10. Assist in the execution of annual Asia Food Exhibit in preparation and design and support R&D presentation.
  11. Participates in accreditation program such as BFAD, Halal and other clients.
  12. To stop the production if quality issues arise.
  13. Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.
  14. Bachelor's degree required for the Quality Assurance Assistant position.
  15. Minimum 6 months quality assurance or laboratory experience required.
