Duties and Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT
- Identify staffing needs in collaboration with department managers.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and schedule/coordinate interviews.
- Provide hiring recommendations to management.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Support engagement initiatives such as events, surveys, recognition programs.
- Handle employee grievances, complaints, and workplace conflicts.
- Conduct investigations regarding misconduct, harassment, or policy violations.
- Maintain employee records, grievance logs, and disciplinary documentation.
- Prepare HR reports for management on ER trends and issues.
- Track employee satisfaction and turnover metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing or compensation and benefits.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Excel; experience with payroll systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
