Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting.

At least 2 years of experience as a Costing Analyst or Pricing and Bid Analyst.

Experience in bid loading, bid modification, cost overrides and COP modification.

Amendable to work in a Night shift.

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, or tenders in response to client RFPs/RFQs.

Manage bid timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed and submitted on time.

Organize and lead bid kickoff meetings to define roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.

Compile bid documentation, including technical, financial, and administrative sections.

Format, proofread, and edit proposals for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
