Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Mandaluyong. The Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, identifying customer needs, and ensuring service satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, coordinating sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and monitoring market trends to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for identifying and addressing customer needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, data analysis tools, and relevant sales platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to work on-site in Mandaluyong and to collaborate with teams in different locations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the Data Center Solutions, Telecommunications, Power, or Data industries is a plus
