JOB SUMMARY

Appraiser is responsible for conducting field inspection and preparing accurate appraisal reports at the least cost and shortest possible time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Inspects, identify and render fair valuation to properties (real estate, equipment and/or machinery/chattels/inventory) offered as collateral by loan applicants.

  2. Renders fair valuation to acquired assets for disposal purposes.

  3. Conducts and entertains inquiries regarding market values of ROPAs of the bank.

  4. Ensure all appraisals are done discreetly and within the Bank's ethical standards and existing policies and procedures.

  5. Ensure all appraisal requests are supported with consent from the client.

  6. Conducts title verification and survey plan verification (e.g., Registry of Deeds, Land Registration Authority, etc.,). Ensure valuation methods are properly documented and within standards. Also, ensure private and government restrictions are included in the appraisal reports.

  7. Observe efficiency in processing requests for Appraisal. Ensure Turn-Around Time (TAT) are met.

  8. Scanning/uploading of important documents in Network Attached Storage Server (NASSVR).

  9. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  10. Performs duties and responsibilities required under the latest manual of operations pertaining to the position

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Education Graduate of any four (4) year degree course in Management, Finance, Economics, or any Business-related courses.

If at all possible, with the licensing board for specific requirements

Experience Minimum of 1-2 years-experience gained from a bank or financial institutions
