Account specific roles and responsibilities
  • Process medical billing, insurance, cash posting and claims
  • Processing/Uploading invoices (AP)
  • Ensure the client is updated on issues and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, and reports.
  • Communicate with clients regarding discrepancies or inquiries related to assigned tasks
  • Perform other tasks as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months experience in Bookkeeping, General accounting, or similar
  • Knowledge of different accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shift
