Hocheng Philippines Corporation (HCG) is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern (OJT) to join our team in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. This part-time role will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the field of marketing communications within a dynamic and innovative organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
  • Conducting market research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Creating engaging content such as social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of marketing events and initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
  • Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing activities
  • Support the planning and execution of events, promotions and product launches.
  • communication: transmittal and making of internal and inter-office memos
  • track and analyze campaign results to provide data-driven insights for improvements.
  • reporting: generate reports on office performance, which may include metrics such as productivity, expenses and employee performance
  • participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for branding initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Proactive, innovative, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
