Join Our Team at El Gato – Floor Staff Wanted

El Gato, a bar focused on agave and signature craft cocktails is looking for enthusiastic Floor Staff to deliver excellent service and keep the atmosphere fun, welcoming, and spotless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
  • Serve dishes and beverages, ensuring top-quality presentation
  • Keep tables, counters, and service areas clean and organized at all times
  • Clear and reset tables quickly between guests
  • Sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces during and after service
  • Support the bar and kitchen team with smooth service flow
  • Support the bar team when needed
  • Handle payments and issue receipts when needed
  • Uphold El Gato's standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and teamwork

Qualifications

  • Experience in food & beverage service is a plus (but we're happy to train the right people)
  • Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with people
  • Can stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and a good team player

Work Details

  • Location: El Gato – Makati Central Square
  • Shifts: evening shifts, Tuesday–Sunday
  • Competitive hourly pay, tips, and staff meals included
