Operations Team Lead

We're seeking a driven and experienced Team Leader to manage and empower a team of Customer Service Representatives for our Retail account. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, and ensure top-notch service delivery that meets both client and company standards. If you're passionate about leadership and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board.

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or a bachelor's degree in any field (with valid proof)
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a BPO setup (any LOB)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record in managing escalations and driving team performance
