Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a WFM - Team Lead located in Cebu. The WFM - Team Lead will be responsible for managing workforce management activities including scheduling, forecasting, and real-time monitoring. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations, handling employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The Team Lead will also be tasked with personnel management and employee performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Personnel Management skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the outsourcing or financial services industry is a plus
