Role: Marketing Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Makati / Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Morning shift

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for producing engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, digital marketing experience, and a collaborative mindset to help bring our marketing strategies to life.

Marketing & Content Development

• Develop, write, and deliver marketing content for websites, email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, videos, and social media
• Manage and maintain a marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with key business initiatives and content standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging marketing materials that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
• Ensure content follows SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search performance
• Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and engagement
• Monitor content performance and KPIs to optimize future campaigns
• Ensure all communications are consistent with brand voice, style, and tone

Campaign & Strategy Execution

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate with external partners, media outlets, and agencies to support marketing efforts
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
• Prepare marketing collateral for internal and external use (presentations, brochures, one-pagers, etc.)
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions
• Support events, webinars, and promotional activities as needed

Administrative & Reporting

• Track campaign metrics and assist in reporting on marketing ROI
• Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies
• Perform other related tasks as assigned in support of departmental or organizational goals

Qualifications:

• With luxury brand experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated content writing experience
• Familiarity with SEO, social media management, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of brand voice and consistency

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• With luxury brand experience
• Bachelor's in Marketing / Communications / Business
• 2+ years marketing or digital experience
• Strong writing & content creation skills
• SEO, email, and social media knowledge
• Basic analytics experience
• Organized, detail-oriented, collaborative
