Integrated Marketing Specialist

REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the execution of marketing strategies at the point-of-sale (POS) and across all distribution channels. This role focuses on developing and implementing trade promotions, managing in-store activations, and overseeing the creation and deployment of Point-of-Sale Merchandising (POSM) materials. The Specialist ensures marketing campaigns are seamlessly integrated into the retail environment to maximize product visibility, drive shopper conversion, and support overall sales objectives for the Trade Marketing department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In-Store Activations Management

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all promotional activities and activations within retail environments to drive shopper engagement and product trial.

POS Merchandising & Materials

Oversee the development, production, and distribution of high-impact Point-of-Sale Merchandising (POSM) materials, including shelf-talkers, posters, and display units, ensuring optimal visibility and consistent brand messaging.

Trade Promotion Execution

Execute and monitor all defined trade promotion programs, ensuring timely deployment, proper compliance, and effective communication to both the sales team and retail partners.

Retail Environment Compliance

Collaborate with the sales and trade marketing teams to ensure store displays, merchandising placements, and promotional mechanics adhere to established guidelines and brand standards.

Performance Tracking

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of in-store activations and trade promotions, providing detailed reports on performance, ROI, and competitor activity within the retail space.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Work closely with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to ensure retail-specific activities are fully aligned with overarching brand campaigns and sales goals.
