Business Development Manager - Expansion, Franchising & Analytics
We are rapidly growing our retail network and seeking a Business Development Manager combines deal-closing ability with analytical expertise. You will drive kiosk franchising, retail location expansion, and vending machine rollouts - using data to choose the right sites, maximize returns, and keep our expansion profitable.
You will:
Franchise & Location Growth
- Identify high-foot-traffic, high-revenue potential locations using market data and performance benchmarks.
- Secure prime spaces in malls, offices, transport hubs, schools, and public areas.
- Negotiate favorable lease terms and partnership agreements.
- Recruit, screen, and onboard new franchisees.
Data & Performance Analytics
- Use sales data, demographic insights, and foot traffic analytics to guide expansion decisions.
- Monitor kiosk and vending machine performance, generate monthly reports, and recommend underperforming site adjustments.
- Prepare financial feasibility studies before approving new locations or franchise partnerships.
- Track ROI for each expansion project and adjust strategy based on results.
Operations & Launch
- Oversee kiosk and vending machine installations from contract signing to first sale.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure smooth rollouts.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3+years experience in retail expansion, franchising, or location acquisition.
- Is well-versed in analytics ( Excel, Google Data Studio, BI tools, or similar).
- Understands Philippine franchising laws and mall leasing processes.
- Can balance relationship building with data-backed decision-making.
- Has a network with leasing officers, property managers, and franchise brokers.
- Thrives under expansion targets and can travel nationwide.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
