About the role

As a Customer Service Representative - TRAVEL AND HOSPITALITY Account, you will be the key point of contact for customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience through prompt and effective communication. This is a full-time role based in the Mall of Asia, Pasay City Metro Manila. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and be passionate about delivering world-class service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone and chat channels
  2. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  3. Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  6. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Atleast HS (oldcur)/SHS Graduate/ College graduate
  2. At least 6 mos. experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a call centre or TRAVEL AND HOSPITALITY Account INDUSTRY
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to customers
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  5. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  7. Familiarity with basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
