About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in Mall of Asia, Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time, onsite role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients through a combination of phone, email, and other communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Contributing to the overall success of the customer service team

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
