We are seeking a
Data Insights Manager
with strong analytical expertise to transform procurement data into actionable insights. The role will drive data accuracy, optimize spend analysis, and enhance supplier performance through advanced analytics and reporting. By leveraging automation and AI, this position will support strategic decision-making and process improvements across procurement operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across procurement systems.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Partner with category managers, finance, and operations to deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct spend analysis to identify consolidation opportunities and improve supplier negotiations.
  • Develop supplier scorecards and performance dashboards aligned with procurement KPIs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and recommend automation or process improvements.
  • Support digital transformation through automation, advanced analytics, and AI.
  • Monitor procurement risks using predictive analytics and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead research, testing, and rollout of new procurement technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, supply chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in procurement analytics, data management, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, spend analysis, and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba).
  • Retail or multi-market experience preferred.
