Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator (with Design Experience) to join our Clients' marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead sales/marketing, runs campaigns, handles telesales, CRM, social media, and design tasks.

Work Set Up:


• Employment Type: Full Time


• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


• Work Setup: Onsite


• Location: Cavite


• Client Industry: Communication and Media Production

Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns


• Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments


• Manage and monitor social media channels, websites, and email campaigns


• Assist in creating and designing marketing materials (ads, banners, social media graphics, email templates, etc.)


• Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) with client and campaign data


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints


• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and recommend optimizations


• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and follow-ups


• Help manage company website content, updates, and basic layout (bonus if candidate has CMS experience)

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or any related field.


• 1-3 years of experience in a related role.


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design tools)


• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation (telesales, telemarketing)


• Familiarity with digital platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision


• Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus


• Web content or WordPress experience is an advantage
