Main Purpose of the Job

Ensure that all repairs that can be performed remotely are completed efficiently, and assist in facilitating repair and maintenance work by colleagues as needed. The primary focus is on repair and diagnosis at customer premises, with the goal of minimizing situations where units need to be sent to the office for servicing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Focus on repair and diagnosis, ensuring that issues are promptly identified and resolved.
  • Support and assist during emergency call services by immediately acting on maintenance requirements, including troubleshooting, testing, retuning, and addressing issues with units that have been released or returned to the office for repair.
  • Support and assist in the analysis and interpretation of circuit wiring, logic cable diagrams, complete communication system schematic diagrams, and network specifications for the purpose of installing, troubleshooting, or maintaining systems or devices.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely coordination, cost-effective solutions, and quick resolutions.
  • Engage with clients as required through company communication channels, providing accurate and valuable technical information.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for the continuous improvement of technical processes and procedures.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Desired Qualifications

Work Experience:

  • Junior Role: At least 1 year of work experience in communication technical services.
  • Senior Role: 2–3 years of work experience as a Technical Support professional
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
